As the design lead, I managed key design decisions and worked closely with our development team. I also collaborated directly with both agency and client stakeholders to deliver a seamless core experience, including dashboard design, onboarding flows, document verification, and team collaboration features. The result is a streamlined, compliance-ready platform that maintains security within complex corporate structures.

I had to consider intricate edge cases that could impact the overall user experience. It also helped me improve design principles like balance, clarity, and hierarchy. Most importantly, I gained a deeper understanding of how compliance influences design decisions, especially when building a SaaS product for a diverse audience.
