iDataRoom is a secure platform developed by Gruow to simplify how individuals and organisations store, verify, and share sensitive documents while ensuring compliance with requirements such as KYC, KYB, and due diligence.

As the design lead, I managed key design decisions and worked closely with our development team. I also collaborated directly with both agency and client stakeholders to deliver a seamless core experience, including dashboard design, onboarding flows, document verification, and team collaboration features. The result is a streamlined, compliance-ready platform that maintains security within complex corporate structures.
