As Product Designer, I led the end-to-end design of the MVP across the product website, web app, and browser extension. I collaborated directly with stakeholders to define business goals and success metrics, conducted research to understand user pain points, and translated insights into a seamless lead management experience. The result was a streamlined product that automated lead capture and tracking, empowering users to act on new opportunities with ease.

Project Takeaway
This project was a valuable learning experience. It made me rethink how users interact with complex structures like organisations, sub-teams, and ownership roles. I had to consider intricate edge cases that could impact the overall user experience. It also helped me improve design principles like balance, clarity, and hierarchy. Most importantly, I gained a deeper understanding of how compliance influences design decisions, especially when building a SaaS product for a diverse audience.
